For Immediate Release: Tuesday, June 21, 2011 Contact: Doug Sherman, 605.842.0810 UPDATE: SD Highway 44 Flooding WOOD, S.D. South Dakota Department of Transportation officials say the water has receded enough on S.D. Highway 44 between the town of Wood and the junction of S.D. Highway 53 to re-open it to traffic.
