Authorities have identified the driver who died in a single-vehicle crash in Elk Grove Village Monday afternoon as a 58-year-old Wood Dale man.

DUI Arrests George A. Beneos, 35, 120 S. Spruce Apt. 308, Wood Dale, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over his gray Acura TL for improper lane use, failure to signal, disobeying a stop sign and speeding at York and Grand at 12:46 a.m. May 5. He was released on bond.
