FCC Rejects WCXI Move: BIRACH BROADCASTING CORP. has been turned down by the FCC for a change of the community of license of Classic Country WCXI-A/FENTON, MI to WIXOM, MI, leaving an application for a new AM at WINFIELD, WV by SCOTT POWELL pending.
