Wright wins FLW pro division, Breazeale second
Jay Wright of Seal Beach weighed in a five-bass limit totaling 26 pounds, 11 ounces on Saturday to win the FLW Clear Lake Pro-Am bass tournament with a three-day total of 74-5. Wright earned $26,155 for his victory, his first major win.

Cleveland wins CHSRA state All-Around, Breakaway Roping championships
Kortney Cleveland will close out her high school rodeo career at the National High School Rodeo Association's national finals July 17-23 in Gilette, Wyoming, after the lifelong Menifee resident won the state championship in Breakaway Roping at the California High School Rodeo Association state finals June 13-18 in Bishop.
