A 24-year-old Withee man was convicted Tuesday of homicide by negligent driving in connection with a 2009 two-vehicle crash that killed a 41-year-old town of Unity woman, according to online court records.

The Forestry and Parks Department says trails north of Highway 29 and East of Withee are open at this time, including Withee, Owen, Curtiss, and Dorchester trails.
