On this day in 1929, Rinold George "Ryne" Duren was born in Cazenovia, Wisconsin, a small village about 20 miles southwest of Wisconsin Dells.

MADISON - A Florida teenager who plummeted 100 feet from a Wisconsin amusement park ride has returned to the state to promote an expansion project at the hospital that likely saved her life.
