SHAWANO The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is looking for volunteers to help with a research project involving fawns.

Madison Gas and Electric Senior Vice President Scott Neitzel says several thousand customers could be affected come Monday, "We, through the whole winter, have been working with all our customers who haven't, for one reason or another, been able to pay their bills.

Wisconsin residents used to bitter cold and heavy snowfalls welcomed this season's mild temperatures and below-normal precipitation.
