The government officials who promoted this train should be indicted for murder. This was certainly forseeable.

If a private sector person was responsible, they'd be in jail. Why is the government class never accountable?

Something needs to be done to keep these trains on the tracks where they belong and not roaming the countryside hunting pedestrians!
