House approves bill on seat belts

The House gave final approval Wednesday to legislation that would require all occupants of a vehicle to wear seat belts but rejected a last-ditch attempt by a north Louisiana lawmaker to pass a bill allowing motorcycle riders 21 or older to ride without helmets.
