Looks to me like the parents didn't discipline their children when they were very little. This is the result.

Funny but back in the fifties and a few years after that when it wasn't child abuse to spank your children, and I did say spank, not beat, we didn't have all of these problems. Children weren't perfect even then but they weren't the little heathens they are now.
