Windsor Locks To Turn Tennis Courts Into Skate Park

I think this is great !! It's about time they did something in this town for the kids. If you give them something to do, a place to go, there will be less kids getting in trouble. I just hope that they respect it and take care of it, not trash it like some of the other parks in town.

With that kind of money this park could be insanely good! Do not go prefab! the park would turn to garbage in a couple years and not be ride able anymore. There is plenty of room to tear down and start from scratch and have an actual park builder make an amazing cement park or wood/skatelite park. Both bike and skate friendly. This could be a great thing or a wasted opportunity. Please please don't screw this one up! could be a huge success for the entire northeast!
