Northwest to end Connecticut's only nonstop daily flight to Europe, citing high fuel costs

WINDSOR LOCKS, Connecticut : Northwest Airlines Inc. says it will end Connecticut's only daily, nonstop service to Europe in October because of slumping passenger demand and record-setting fuel prices.
