High-speed chase ends in crash in Windsor
A man who police say refused to pull over after he was spotted driving 88 mph in a 45-mph speed zone along Highway 392 at Westgate Drive early today hit a guardrail then led a Larimer County Sheriff's officer on a high speed chase across the Poudre River and into the town of Windsor where police say speeds reached 110 mph.
