WINCHESTER -- The local teenager who implicated Terry Durbin in the shooting of Patrick Cheadle over a marijuana deal will get some high powered legal help.

WINCHESTER -- Several Randolph County residents are facing drug charges after an overnight raid this weekend.

RANDOLPH CO., Ind. -- Terry J. Durbin, of New Carlisle, Ind., has been arrested in connection with a Greenville homicide case, according to officials of the Randolph County Sheriff's Office.

WINCHESTER, Ind. -- A Winchester man was arrested Friday in connection with the killing of a 53-year-old man from west-central Ohio, the second area man apprehended in as many days in a case that covers two states.

A suspect is arrested in a Greenville homicide investigation. Terry J. Durbin, of New Carlisle, was arrested in the death of Patrick Cheadle, 53, of Ansonia.

WINCHESTER - A man already facing criminal charges in Delaware County was arrested Thursday in connection with an Ohio resident's slaying in Randolph County.

Howard County arrests Friday, 10:25 a.m., deputies arrested Donald Bowman, 48, 1000 block of East Monroe Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.
