Saturday, January 14th at 10:49 p.m. Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving left of center several times.A When contact was made with the driver, 37 year old Christopher Fields of Winamac the officer knew there had just been issued a warrant for a parole violation.
