Ranchers, lawmakers celebrate state's hard won bovine TB free status
Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton declared today bovine tuberculosis free day in Minnesota, honoring those who have worked over the past six years to corral an outbreak of the disease in northwest Minnesota.
