I am so sick and tired of this town ripping up the roads and not one of them is finished. They've been doing road work for the past 3 yrs solid.
Thank heavens I know all the other short cuts. geez......
Whipple is still a mess. I made the mistake of driving on it...on my motorcycle yesterday

Oh ya it is, that's, but Wilmington is constantly ripping up their roads. I don't know how long the little bridge on Lowell St. has been under construction. They waste time and money.

I just looked up the spot you mentioned. I had to drive a UHaul truck through that mess a few weeks ago.

That entire area is a mess. They're not even done with Woburn St. yet.

I think Cook Street in Billerica is an awful mess right now...I hope they are done before winter.

I live in East Billerica and endured months of not being able to open my windows hay bales every where on my street construction equipment parked in front of my house every single
day over night, a generator left on for 3 days
24 hours a day draining water, could of killed somebody

The last time I saw Cook St, there were a lot of trees just cut down, and plenty of spray paint marks everywhere. What is the nature of that project?

I know the end result will be sidewalks on boths sides - but not sure if that is the project or a just a perk from the construction.
