A 37-year-old man who threatened to kill himself and others in his Wilmette home this morning surrendered to police at about 7:25 a.m. Wilmette Police Department said the man, whose name they have not released because he has not been formally charged yet, barricaded himself in his home in the 700 block of Leamington Avenue.
