Domestic dispute leads to charges
A 36-year-old Willseyville man is facing multiple charges after a domestic dispute early Sunday, according to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office.
Individuals charged with criminal offenses noted in this column will face a court proceeding to determine whether they are guilty of the charges.
