Willsboro man pleads not guilty in fatal crash

A Willsboro man accused of causing his passenger's death in a one-car crash in Essex pleaded not guilty to all charges Monday morning.

Nice friend to have! One that will ensure that you DON"T get home alive. My prayers and thoughts go out to the VICTIM's family. Hopefully, the family will receive justice in this case. Way to often, these criminals get off way to easily. Garcia states that she is hard on these kind of criminals, here is another chance to prove it.

Why can't you just pled guilty and save your own family and mine from grieving all over again??? You said you were Kesha's friend??? Where is your sympathy for what you have done to her???? You can't being her back. We will never see her get married, have children, hold her new baby cousin, see her sisters and brothers grown up and have children! I hope God can forgive you but right now I can't!

A horrible thing happened and unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do to make it better! He was her friend, he never imagined doing anything like that to her or anyone else I can imagine. Everyone has done things they regret, I'm guessing this is the biggest mistake he's ever made and now he has to live with it along with the devastation of her family members. I feel as though people must take into consideration that that girl made her own choice to get into that car with him. That was her biggest mistake, sadly.

But it was his choice to drive the car and not once has this family heard him say hes sorry or take responsibility for his actions. "that girl" didn't choose to drive he said he could! She didn't choose to speed he did. All I'm saying is you manup and admit what you did don't say "I'm innocent" when your not.

When was the last time you heard a victims advocate spreading hate.
You should be ashamed of yourself. Making such statments. The victims advocate's in Essex County and State Police Headquaters Troop B Raybrook fight tooth and nail with the local courts and the essex county's DA's office to get victims orders of Protection and case information. Victims are treated like dogs in this county. Watch your mouth you might need them some day.
