Michael James Wade, 48, of Willits, was shot numerous times Monday just after 2 p.m. in an alley in Oxnard , say Oxnard police.

mike wade was a high school friend of mine. i haven`t seen him in many years, but i have some great memories that still make me laugh. he was a good guy that didn`t have a mean bone in his body, and was one happy dude. my thoughts go out to his family.
