Williston Police are investigating the theft of a purse from Hannaford in Williston on May 23-from a 92-year-old woman who was shopping-subsequently cited Nicholas Bartlett, 32, of Johnson and Emily Bagley, 35, of Hardwick on charges of felony theft, according to police.
