An educational seminar on natural gas exploration and related real estate and tax issues is scheduled for 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, in the auditorium at the Cortland County office building at 60 Central Ave.

Marc A. Kahrl, 36, of 1350 Route 41, Willet, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sex act, a felony, and three counts each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors said, officials said.
