SALISBURY , Md.- Residents are still praying for the family of 11-year-old Sarah Haley Foxwell.

OCEAN CITY -- Cathyrn Carrick, claims representative of the Insurance Management Group Inc., has successfully completed the Certified Insurance Service Representative, Agency Operations Class held in Salisbury.
