Hoots in Wilkinsburg: Aaron Tipton, 20, of Penn Hills was held for court on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, kidnapping for ransom, robbery, simple assault, unlawful restraint, reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal conspiracy.
