Judge it!
Well, what's the big exception for the Fourth? Why is it special? God knows drunk driving is perfectly acceptable every other day of the year in Wichita County!
Heck, just recently your soon-to-be-departed judge Roy Sparkman assessed a penalty of ten years probation a $750 fine for a guy who KILLED SOMEBODY!!!!
They should take down all the signs and billboards that say "DWI- You Can't Afford It?" and replace them with ones that say "Keep Driving Drunk- Wichita County Needs Your Money!"

Drunk Driving In The Falls Won't Be Tolerated This Fourth Of July
Drinking and driving can be a danger all year long, but officials said the fourth of July weekend poses a greater risk because of the number of people who celebrate with alcohol.
