Whitewright High School quarterback Tyrone Swoopes is looking to follow in the steps of former Texas Longhorns signal-caller Vince Young.

"We have a food bank that comes out and gives food to families in need, we have bread and bakery items that are delivered out.

The First Baptist Church of Honey Grove will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the building of the church's sanctuary on Sunday, June 10th, 2012, with a Morning Worship Service and Reunion starting at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Rodney Stanford of Whitewright, Texas, will be the guest speaker.
