A second arrest was made Friday in a 2007 Hardeman County shooting death. Edwin Minter, 22, of Bolivar was arrested on charges of first-degree murder, criminal intent to commit second-degree murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, said Hardeman County Sheriff Delphus Hicks.
A hearing was rescheduled Wednesday for a Whiteville man charged with reckless homicide last month.
