Manitowoc County Circuit Court Judge Gary Bendix on Thursday morning denied bail reduction for Zachary S. Gauthier, who remains in Manitowoc County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.

USPS announced this week its plan to cut hours of operation at 13,000 rural post offices across the country to combat increasing debt and mail volume decline.

A settlement conference for Zachary S. Gauthier scheduled for 10 a.m. June 28 will address all five cases against him, said Manitowoc County District Attorney Mark Rohrer.
