some of our fine citizens cruzing the back roads like sharks to pounce on the real people who have to change their ways since our court system keeps returning them to the streets to get better at their craft of stealing so they don't get caught again or next time the judge means business. the police keep rounding up these wild horses and return them to the pen only to see the judges won't close the back gate. In some states they shoot horse don't they. ride on vsp.
