WEWOKA, Okla. a ' The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a Wewoka man was arrested in the weekend stabbing death of his brother a ' then released when investigators found support for a claim of self defense.

The Wewoka Police Department along with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are investigating a fatal stabbing that took place over the weekend.

A Wewoka man died Tuesday morning when his vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a tractor-trailer. Marvin Galloway, 60, was driving north along U.S. 377 east of Konawa in Seminole County when his 1982 Datsun crashed into the rig about 10 a.m., according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
