Two people died in a head-on collision in Seminole County Saturday. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Brad Stuteville said Vernon Casey, 70, Wewoka, was driving east on State Highway 9 in a 1970 Chevrolet pickup when the accident occurred.
