Fall River man charged in Westport break-ins
Robert Frazier, 52, of 102 Healy St. in Fall River, was arrested after police were called to Route 6 Gas at 162 State Road and to then White's of Westport at 66 State Road, both around 5 a.m. Burglar alarms had sounded at both businesses and a gas station employee had noticed a broken window and blood at the station upon starting work.
