Judge says no to release of juror IDs

Jurors' contact information won't be released to the defense in a 2005 Fort Bragg shooting case, after Mendocino County Superior Court Judge Ronald Brown ruled Friday that there wasn't a good enough reason, and there was too much risk to the jurors.

Richard Dean Peacock the shooter is not dead. He is serving the 71 years to life sentence. His brother, the star witness against Kenneth Allen Rogers, Michael Glen Peacock, was murdered at his trailer in Placer county several weeks ago. Rogers connection with the murder is not clear but is suspected.
Judge Brown found that any allegations as to Jury tainting by Christine Rogers are not CREDIBLE! Christine Rogers is not CREDIBLE! Also, Rogers connection to the KKK and other White Supremesist Gangs, The Peckerwood Prison Gang, was exposed. This is a fascinating case.

I was going to post the exact correction as Justice did. I think the UDJ should run a correction in print. But I AM glad they ran a story, no one else has, since the verdict back in what, July?

It is a complicated case that gets more complicated as time goes on.
