just another fine upstanding citizen of Vermont and Brattleboro expressing his freedom and rights to do anything he pleases. The police went over the line in bring them poor distraught person from hurting himself anymore. We all should be as forward as he was was in our ways and action just like the two that were persecuted by the brat. police for doing what they felt was right. When are we going to change our attitude toward these citizens that come he to live out their dreams and ways of freedom. Stop trampling on their lifes.

Let's see... maybe another 10 years in class to learn how to do it again and get away with it. Does anyone actual believe prison reforms anyone?

yah it works my sister was a drug dealer running all over town making sales and got jail for her actions. Now she stays in and works out of my mothers house as a hooker and works on her back. This has changed her life and doesn't need a car.

Yeah, more time at the range for the trooper.
Of course had she killed this guy, his family would have sued for millions. I can see the comments now, "he was just starting to turn his life around." "He was a good boy." "He was going to enroll in Seminary." etc. Plus his pals would have set up a protest at the mall, beating drums, parading around, disrupting business and of course ultimately being hauled away by the cops... resulting in another bunch of lawsuits. Bet, maybe the trooper missed on purpose. |

NO ONE is allowed to SCREW UP in this neighborhood. Did anyone consider that the kid was fearing for his life for a good reason?

When people on the side walk and in parking lots don't feel safe, i have to question the shooting at a speeder. I had a lawyer that told me, we give the police super humane powers and if they choose to abuse it there's not much you can do, and then he charged me for losing the case. If you see a lady state cop in NH, slow down.

I saw the scene after the fact. I wouldn't be giving the "kid" a break. Damn lucky no one is dead though I don't know why not. From what I was able to get from the Keene Sentinel site, even after being tasered he didn't go down. Did he score some good **** up river?
