12-year-old Accused of Stabbing Westlake Man in Custody

Westlake police are not releasing the 40-year-old victim's name, by request of his family.

It all goes back to the parents, if the kid was taught right from wrong, he wouldnt have the gun or knife. If that were my own kid, I would leave him in jail to receive his punishment. I hope the victim will make a full recovery and the criminal be held responsible and his parents as well. More money doesn't make you better than anyone else.
