ESSEX, Md. -All over Maryland folks are getting ready for the first holiday of the summer, and that means steamed crabs.

The Allegany County Housing Authority says it's still trying to eradicate Legionella bacteria from a Westernport senior-citizen apartment complex four months after a resident there was diagnosed with Legionnaires disease.

A Westernport man was arrested for his involvement in a Baltimore shooting. On Wednesday, police in Baltimore obtained a warrant for 46-year-old William Howard's arrest.
