Driver Must Visit Graves For 15-Years

A drunk driver from Taylor County who was involved in a crash that killed 3-people will spend a weekend in jail every year on the anniversary of the crash, for each of the next 15-years. Scott Pipkorn, Westboro, was also ordered to visit the victims gravesites every Christmas Day for the next 15 years, and he will spend 3-years in jail.
