Man arrested, accused of cycling while intoxicated
A Houston-area man was arrested for allegedly drinking and cycling.Santiago Lopez-Garcia, 39, was stopped by police in West University Place on April 21 at 11:39 p.m. It happened after neighbors complained he was riding his bicycle and acting suspicious.Lopez-Garcia was stopped in the 6300 block of Wakeforest.
Mobility fund fears lead cities to join coalition
