Wv needs the death penalty

And the balls to use it. People can say the Death Penalty is not a deterrent all they want, it at least takes a scumbag out of the equation.

I have to disagree with you AriesBratt. I don't think we need the death penalty. I think we need work camps. Right now, criminals have 3 meals, a bed, medical & dental. They have a warm dry place to live. That's more than a lot of hard working folks have. That's more than a lot of our senior citizens have! We need to make them support themselves while they are in jail. We are paying for them to live better than a lot of people who work for a living. That's what really makes me mad about the criminal justice system.

I have to disagree...I support the death penalty in cases like this. Noone deserved to die like this. Noone deserved to lose a child like that. Nor a friend, brother, grandparent or cousin. I do hope that the two females will be brought to justice also. They knew and they helped...call that accomplices I beleive. May Tj rest in peace...you'll never be forgotten buddy!

bring back public hanging, dangle a few on the court house steps & these drug dealers ,murders & thieves,, would think twice about the life of crime...

This is true, but that is when they overhaul the system and make necessary changes to the death penalty.

What I'd like to know is WHY did they feel the need to gang up on ONE individual to "teach him a lesson". If the victim did in fact "steal from Collins' dad" why did they have to kill him? If they wanted to in fact "teach him a lesson" why didn't they break a hand or a finger that he USED TO STEAL?
