Expect lane closures on I-94 starting Monday

Motorists may encounter intermittent lane closures beginning Monday as the Minnesota Department of Transportation upgrades guardrails on Interstate Highway 94 between Albertville and West Union and installs traffic signals in Sauk Centre.
