Orchard Park woman killed in head-on crash
January 16, 2010, 4:23 PM / An Orchard Park woman was killed on Transit Road in West Seneca about 4:30 a.m. today when her car collided head-on with a tractor-trailer. The victim, Carrie L. Brzezicki, 27, was taken by Rural/Metro Medical Services to Mercy Hospital in South Buffalo, where she was pronounced dead, West Seneca police said.
