A West Liberty man was killed in a one-car crash in Logan County yesterday. Jeffrey C. Shoemaker, 46, was driving a 1992 Honda Accord northbound on County Road 5 south of County Road 118 about 2 miles south of Rushsylvania at 8:19 p.m. when he lost control, the State Highway Patrol reported.
