An area man that allegedly stalked his ex-girlfriend overnight led local law enforcement on a 30-minute high speed pursuit Thursday morning just after four o'clock. Randall Bolen , 30, of 407 Sara Street, Urbana, was reportedly stalking Denise Board, 29, of 808 Euclid Street, Bellefontaine.
