Debbie Ferreira , a spokeswoman for Alaska Electric Light and Power, says trees hit two lines, affecting four substations.

On Saturday at approximately 9:20 p.m. a resident in the West Juneau area told police two males were spray-painting a residence located along Sitka Street.

It says about 11:50 Thursday morning, officers went to 427 West Juneau Street for an unconscious person.
