An Amityville woman was arrested Sunday accused of attacking another woman with a camera tripod after an argument over gratuities at a West Hempstead nightclub, Nassau County police said.

Tipping dispute leads to arrest in assault

In East Farmingdale right lane closed on Rt-109 EB north of Southern Pky. Stop and go traffic from Rt-110/Broad Hollow Rd An Amityville woman used a camera tripod "like a baseball bat" in the parking lot of a West Hempstead nightclub Sunday morning, striking another woman in the arm, Nassau County police said.
