Four high school seniors, one from each of West Hartford's high schools, received the Van Horn Foundation Scholarship at a breakfast held Friday at Hall High School.A This year's recipients were Kim Vo from Hall High School , Alli Denton from Northwest Catholic , Keenan Connery from Conard High School , and Mary Shimkus from Kingswood Oxford .

At the 48th annual commencement, the college conferred degrees on 809 graduates, 61 of whom received multiple degrees and certificates, according to a news release.
