Detours for Allens Ave. rail crossing, West Greenwich bridge

Repairs to railroad tracks at Allens Avenue in Providence and on a Route 95 bridge in West Greenwich will result in lane closures starting Wednesday and Friday, the Rhode Island Department of Transportation announced Tuesday.
