We are sooo lucky to have Obama as our President! It is a good thing the Trillion dollar bailout was jammed though by Congress without time to even read it because our unemployment rate would reach 8%, according to Obama...but at least he kept GM and Chrylsler from bankruptcy...At least he is good speaker.

These job fairs are a joke.

You are applying for non existant jobs because company Human Resource managera are afraid of being laid off themselves because there is no hiring. So they go to job fairs and collect resumes that they just throw in the trash.

Notice how they have the job fair in the middle of the day. Not much of a help to those that have jobs and want to improve themselves. Those that have jobs and want a better job will ask for lots more money. These job fairs do not want those people. They want slaves who are desparate for work and will allow themselves to be abused by employers.

Been there, done that.

I was excited to attend a local job fair and very grateful to the city of Covina for their efforts in giving the many unemployed an opportunity to speak with local companies and agencies. Even if I do not get a job out of this opportunity the benefit lies in the advice that I received.

I was encouraged by the advice that I received from some of the job coaches. As a mom getting back into the professional arena finding a job to match my skills will be a challenge because of my work history. The advice that I received gave me a starting point with which I can use to move forward.

Obama is not a freakin miracle worker ya know! This country was crashing for years and hit a brick effin wall before O was elected! so suck an egg and stop looking to blame. He is pursuing solutions while the Limbaugh's are acting like grade school bi T ches and not contributing anything for the good of the country!!!!

Daily Horoscope for January 8

Scorpio

Self-worship is easy and obvious, today. The real prize is when you turn from the mirror to see that others think just as highly of you. Take in all this love and amazement, and store some away for lean times in the future. Someone may give you an unexpected compliment later in the day, but don't let them know that it caught you off guard. After all, you still have your reputation as an egomaniac to uphold!
