Fugitive booked into Clinton County Jail

Following a chase that extended from Clinton County all the way into Lewis and Jefferson counties Sunday, a wanted man was apprehended at about 1 a.m. Monday in West Carthage, and was being booked into Clinton County Jail, Plattsburgh, seven and a half hours later.
