Chefs celebrate local ingredients
The South Jersey Hot Chefs will host Farm to Fork week July 19 through 25. Participating restaurant chefs will create four-course menus made with locally grown ingredients for $35 and $25. In a promotion related to Farm to Fork, Hot Chefs will cook up meals with local produce on location at farmer's markets in the area.
